Never Quit on a Hill: Lessons from the bike

Cycling can teach us a lot about resilience. I often have to tell myself we never quit on the hill. But it’s empowering. A reminder that what you are doing in this moment is hard and so feels hard, but more importantly, that it is just temporary.
